The natural produce adds up. I don't usually buy the pricey organic stuff though. I think that's overkill. I do buy lots of eggs, skim milk, boneless skinless chicken, shrimp, tuna, salmon, ground turkey. It costs more than Mac n Cheese, but I really had to do it for my health. I was getting winded just playing with my kids. Wasn't gonna last to see grandkids at the rate I was going. I figure the groceries cost more, but I spend less at restaurants and hopefully less longterm in medical costs...

Dave -

It's just the short haircut. The fatloss is an illusion... Really though, I had a flat top in high school. I always wanted to try for that look again, plus it's convenient. Easy to just get up and go... to work out of course.

That's fantastic Brian! It's amazing what the proper diet & exercise can achieve... of course with dedication!

I am still amazed every time I see the photograph.

You really have me thinking about losing a bit of weight, my grandson will be up and running around in no time, I want to be part of that without struggling.

Thanks for being inspirational Brian, me and the missus started eating healthier today due to you. Hopefully we can stick to it.

Cheers

Karl

Best wishes Karl. Enjoy those little ones. It must be nice to have someone else changing the diapers though. I still can't imagine you are a grandfather. You're still so young!

Man, that's amazing!

Another big boy here (300 lbs.); I know how hard it is to lose the weight and keep it off. Congrats to you Brian! I hope to do the same.

the question is...will we still give brain a hard time...in short yes. but in the futare when he says hey do mind if I set up right here (as he points 15' to your right as to steal your end peg) we will say yes, not because as we did in the past we liked him and he was such a nice guy...but be cause if we don't we might make him angery...I don't think you would like him when he got angery...

I can confirm that "hey guys" still sounds the same...that aspect hasn't changed.

I think we'd all be incredibly dissapointed if somehow, Brian's signature greeting had changed one iota...

Also, that second pic...reminds me of Taxi Driver for some reason. "Are you talking to me?"

Next thing you know Brian is gonna be taking apart desk drawer railings for sliding method blasters on his arms...
