was talking to Brian tonight....I know he has been dieting and working out like a mad man....but I had no idea....way to go Brian! first photo of Brian at 296lb in 2007  a recent photo of him...he has lost 7lb's since this was taken...way to go!

Awesome!!!! Im trying to lose mine. I had a major set back with hypothyroidism. Now with diet and thyroid meds, Ive lost 13 lbs. I hope I can lose it like Brian. Way to go Brian!!!!

It always amazes me how different people look if they lose a bunch of weight... that second pic doesn't even look like the same person... course for Brian he probably always saw himself somewhat like that in the mirror. Congrats man!!!!

Hey all -
Zack told me he had outed me here. Thanks for the compliments. It didn't happen overnight for sure. I've been working on if for the past 16 months. Dropped 120 lbs and got in shape. Most of it came off when I started following the advice from an ebook by a non-steroid bodybuilder/fat loss expert. His book is called "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" Google that or Tom Venuto. It's mostly eating healthy and working out. He likes to say "weight loss is simple, but it isn't easy."
P.S. He also has a regular book that just came out in all the big bookstores like Barnes and Noble or Borders. It's called "The Body Fat Solution." The book in the stores deals a lot with the mental aspect of sticking with a program.
Of course I'm biased since his programs helped me, but I think he's got it pretty much right when it comes to burning fat and keeping your muscle.

Question, would you say the program is hard on the pocket book as far as grocery bills?
