Claymore is the only sure answer. Near where he has to walk to get in his house.
Of course, be sure to check the rules and by laws to make sure Claymores are permissable

if you spend 500$ on a attorney to find you are not at all bound by the poa , then I would have the attorney send the poa and the prez a cease a desist.m Then go about my remaining years being the biggest A$$ I possibly could ,Definatly file tresspass complaint against him.
If you hunt butcher a animal in the front yard
at every holiday I would go completely griswald
lots of motion activated yard lighting
broke truck in yard

complete white trash shock and awe

also It does not matter if you are incoropated or in the country, Texas law states that he is responsible for the actions of his dogs. And you are completely in the right to demand he remove the feces and stop them from entering you property.

I despise people like him and see POA as one of the worst ideas to come along since communism

He made his big mistake! When he demanded I turn off my lights, he told me my neighbor the county constable was the one that complained against me, well yesterday I went to the constable and opoligized to him for mt porch lights keeping him awake at night, the constable came unglued!! he told me he hadn't spoken to the ninny pres, as he called it, in 3 mths, and was furious the ninny yankee transplant, as he called it, wasn't gonna thro his name out there to cause [censored] between neighbors,I think ol Ninny Pres is about shut down by now!! LOL. Guess it helps to give an opoligy when you think you did something wrong.

Is this property in Louisana? As President of my POA, I am familiar with Texas laws governing Texas POA's. But Louisana law may be different.

In no way fashion or form is he allowed to enter your home with out you knowing. POA or no POA. Like someone said, the POA may control what the outside appearance of your house looks like (lighting) but nothing on the inside is of his control. I wish I lived close to you cause i would kick his %$# in your front yard for you.

Our sub division does not currently have an H.O.A. My wife and I just went to a meeting about our neighborhood wanting to form an H.O.A. The city said for it to be mandatory for everyone to join the H.O.A. now, everyone would have to agree and join. So if I understood correctly, if the POA was not formed when you bought the land, they have no control over you at all and never will unless you decide to join.

Good luck.

Check your closing documents for your piece of land. If there is/was an established POA or HOA it would have been identified in the title search and you would have most likely had to sign something saying that you understand and will abide by the rules/regulations of that POA/HOA if it existed. When you closed on your piece of land, you should have also received a plat, ILC (Improvement Location Certificate) or a survey (corner or improved plat survey). This should have the legal description for your property. In that legal description will be the name of the subdivision, if any, of your neighborhood. All you have to do is call the county courthouse, have them look up your subdivision (or do it yourself) and in this they will discover any HOA/POA that was formed when the land was subdivided, if any. HOA/POA's are bound by disclosure, they must tell you they exist, their funds or dues must be accounted for and there must be by-laws for it, including a Pres., V.P, Secetary, etc. An HOA/POA can not be formed by the meeting of a few people around the neighborhood. Most covenants, if any, for a subdivision should have a section regarding the forming of such an association, usually with no less than two thirds, or unanimous, vote from the subdivision residents.

With a little effort on your part you might be able to tell this Napoleon Complex that he needs to step off!
