Went to Calaveras with some buddies and was there for about 40 minutes. I was put on by the weather man thinking the high would be 65 and wids gusting at 10-15. That wasn't the case! We got there and it was 50 degrees and wind gusts of 30. Tried the wall since winds where coming from the north, didn't help. I think I saw Cliffs truck and trailer out there. Hopefully his report is a little better. I just had to vent a little.....Sorry.

www.wunderground.com and www.weather.com

Use these links for your weather forecast. They are pretty accurate and you should always check them just before heading to the lake. Fishing in the winds like Sunday are always difficult not to mention a safety hazard. Especially if you're in a low profile boat.

Check the weather and plan you're trips.

See ya on the waters,

noaa.gov is another good one, i go between wunderground and noaa.gov. they seem to be the most reliable. although weather.com does have a good hourly breakdown, but ive found that is only accurate w/in 24hrs.

just my .02

i was also fooled on the weather, guess i wasnt watching it carefully since i was spending the day with the family. was a a lil chilly goin to church in just a polo and jeans
