You can get it at bassboatcarpet.com or directly from the manufacturer. Bassboatcarpet sends you a very helpful instruction guide that you may be able to buy without buying their carpet (it saved me a ton of grief!). I ordered both but ended up using Ranger's carpet on mine. It was a better match to what was already in the rod boxes and some other areas I didn't replace.

I used Weldwood contact cement. It's made by DAP and sold at Home Depot. They won't ship the cement so you have to buy it separately.

It's not hard but is very tedious. Make sure you mark the carpet grain and lids before starting and have PLENTY of razor blades!
