After 6 years, it is time to buy a new boat cover. The replacement value for the exact fit cover for my Tracker Pro Team 185 is $250, plus tax, and the cover lasted pretty well for 6 1/2 years.

What are my options for boat covers? Can I find one of similar quality and fit for less, or can I get one of better quality for the same? My current cover does not cover the motor, so I see that as a good upgrade.

Thanks in advance...

I have priced some covers for my cc and they are 600.00 to 900.00 plus. I would stick with the same type that you had for the last 6 years. Sounds like you got your moneys worth out of it. I priced Nolan Tops and they were the lowest, and they will come to you and make it on site. Think they are in Garland.

You are a lot better off to buy the exact fit from bass pro for 250. To have one made to fit will run you at least 600 and maybe not fit as well.

The same one sounds like it would be your safe bet.

the covers that I purchased from Bass Pro and Cabellas(SP?) both leaked water after a year. I had Nolans tops make me a custom cover for my Tracker TV-18 and I like it very much
