Yes, I found that out today quite by accident. I went to Gander and bought one of these (thanks for the great advice everyone), and picked out the graphite colored one. The price said $69 but when it rang up it was $41!!!

So, I'm looking forward to trying it out!

Todd

Love mine, it's one of the best gear investments I've ever made. More comfortable than a paintball mask.

I have found that if you wax the shield or put rain x on the shield it makes it a whole lot easier when it is wet. You don't have to keep wiping the shield!

I tried these on for use in cold weather. My problem is that they don't actually seal around your face (only the eyes) so it seems like the cold air would just rush around these. If you guys are saying that you put an under armor mask on to fight this, then what's the advantage. I currently use a good pair of goggles and a neoprene/fleece mask that keeps me very warm on these runs.

I'm not trying to knock the product. I want to know if I am missing something. I'm interested in a one piece solution that would be faster to put on than my goggle/mask combo and these look like the closest thing. I just don't want to get on the lake and start cussing air leaks.

+1 on the hearing part, the engine noise is greatly reduced.

And especially for the non-boater (who is often without the benefit of a console on their side to hide behind)it really is another +1 on the face saving side of it during cold or rainy runs. And since they do not insulate then even in the hot months they are wearable and help a lot...plus avoiding one good bug hit square in the face at WOT pays for the mask IMHO. laugh

I still use my the hood from my sweatshirt or jacket over my head before putting on the fishhedz mask - the mask holds everything snug and keeps the cold wind out. I guess the only other thing that would work without a hood or mask would be helmet.
