If you are going to be in the Dallas area there is a company that does on site covers at a real good price.
Nolan's tops. I just had one made for my boat and they came to the house and were done in about 3 hours, cost 550. I got the upgrade Aqualon material instead of canvas, so it cost a little more but worth it.

Try Seguin Awning and Canvas, They make a quality cover and are compairable to most shops. They do make two styles, a drive down the road and a park model. You have to drop off your boat and they custom fit it to your needs. Like double cover over the trollmtr. double cover over the windshields edges. Double stitch all seams. Double fold seams, single fold seams, Rope heam, brass "I"lets. Colors, materials, canvas, sunbrealla? Like I say,,,,,,Custom Cost Money,,,,Walmart is cheap,
