more stuff on the Egg blackened catfish seared @ 600  blackened tuna seared at 600 for like 60 seconds...raw in the middle  pizza  ribeyes at 650....the darker one was for my dad...he likes his well done  stuffed jalapenos

Its not delivery..its digiorno...ahhh I can spot a digiorno froma mile away...sooo good...but not dman near as tasty as the blackened catfish mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

yup digiorno, and it was not anywhere near as good as the blackened catfish Next time try Pillsbury(?) pizza dough. It's in a can like biscuits in the biscuit section. Really good dough.

Hey Birddog, Nice photos! FYI, Academy has a round cast iron platter that is about 14" wide. There are 2 little handles that if you grind off will fit perfectly at the bottom, right on the lump, it sits on a "spider", it makes a really nice searing platter. I saw you had that skillet in yours. I use it to sear my steaks on and blacken fish. I finish them off at the top on the regular grid. It also works good as an indirect piece where the plate setter wont work.
