They are very good, just keep in mind that they are the only shop in this region that does ALL warantee work on ALL Makes and Models of Reels / Trolling motors... FISHING stuff...
I doubt you will get your reels back in less than 3 or 4 weeks...

Took some Penn 4500SS reels to them that were having the bails stick. Came back working the same, not fixed. The cleaned and lubed a couple bait casters that were ok though so my opinion is mixed on them.

The big difference between them and other shops I deal with is Costumer service. If you take a real in and it does not work when you get it back (which has never happened to me) I would call them and let them know. I garauntee they will take care of you.
