I haven't been to texoma in prob 5 years. My brother is coming in for christmas and we were thinking about heading up there to do some Striper and small mouth fishing. I have plent of small mouth info but i was wondering whats the down low on stripers right now? are they more active in the winter time? are they schooling under the birds, in the shallows and what part of the lake should we be fishing for them at??
Thanks A lot guys!!

Launch at the 377 bridge and they have been 3 miles east or west in about 28 to 35 foot of water. Dead sticking plastics with a 3/4 or 1 ounce jig head or working slabs slowly a crank or two off the bottom. Easy to find them on the fish finder. Birds help for surfacing action with sassy shads.

Buy some Storm Wildeyes at Wally World or Bass Pro Shops. 4 or 5 inchers in pearl/chartruese. They will get eaten up.....
