When I was kid, there used to be a place called Shotgun Sam's that we went to on special occasions. Best pizza I ever had. We pretty much just make our own now.

When I was kid, there used to be a place called Shotgun Sam's that we went to on special occasions. Best pizza I ever had. We pretty much just make our own now. We had one in Tulsa, and it was GREAT. best crust ever.

REAL NY PIZZA
GOOD PASTA AND SUBS I have noticed that Joe's are a real hit and miss. Some are really good while other locations suck! Never been to those listed though. BIG Joe's on 377 in Haltom City, just north of Belknap, is definitely a HIT. Great, NY style pies!

Went to Aviano's (on cherry lane) again last night and had the deep dish supreme. Hands down the best deep dish I've had! You get to look at all the good food they have prepared as you wait for you pie. makes my mouth water.

1. Pizza by Marco-Preston Royal Locale
2. Al's Pizzaria, Bachman Lake
3. Napoli's, Centerville Rd, Garland
Any one of these three could be ranked number 1 and I GUARANTEE you no one would complain or argue---much! LOL

Bari's in Flower Mound is the best we have found locally. Hard Rain....have you tried Pazzo over by the cotten patch in FM? pretty good stuff.
