Went to Ray Hubb and had a solid day , until the wind just quit.. caught and released 18 eater sized,and got this 22lber to take a chunk of buffalo..

hi,, can any fish be expected to be caught on shad fishing from the bank ? i wanted to go sometime between now and febuary to look for some cats .if so what type of banks should i be looking for ? thanks in advance

Shad will catch catfish better than any other baits.. Fish wind blown shores and points , make sure wind is always blowing at your face.. good luck..

If you're fishing for blues and channels, look for that structure (such as rocks) that is DEEP and close to current. They will likely be sitting there, not moving very much. Let me know if you do any good cause I'll be out there trying too.
I'm gonna miss her when I get home....
