can you not get these boats in a dual console? I was looking on the site and it seems with the way the top cap is laid out you wouldn't be able to put a second console in it. Is this true or am I miss something on the site?
can't catch fish if you arent at the lake...go fish!!!

Rodney, that's flat out nice anyway you look at it. The padded deck is a carry over from Bumble Bee (very nice touch). I prefer the single console, personally.
Now for the big question! That cove your dock is in looks a lot like Long Branch on Fork, if it isn't then it's very similar!? lol

I dont know much about this company. If you dont mind sharing, can you share reasons (3 to 5 reasons )what lead you to purchase this boat? It will help me understand how they compare to others.
Thanks!

USA-1 - a few reasons I purchased this boat.
1) Ride - The ride is out standing. The hole shot is great. The boat will handle rough water better than any other boat I have owned. I am not sure how fast it will go. It would most likley run mid 70's. I am not a go fast guy. This boat is unreal at 3000 - 4500 rpms.
2) large front deck and fishability - I like the large front padded deck. You cant image what a differance the pad makes when you are standing all day long. A lot of the time we have three people fishing. There is more than enough room for 3.
3) storage - the storage in this boat is great. The single console also has a third rod storage area to the left of the passanger seat. The takle storage is very nice. Botton line - the boat has more storage than you need.
4) Price- I bought this new 2008 21ft boat, trailer and a Yamaha 250 series two with a 6 year warranty, Minn Kota 80lb w/ lift assist, 3 bank Minn Kota charger, 520c and 37c, Keel Gaurd, Batteries and a Yamaha Prop for less than 35k. The dealer in Ohio delivered it to Lake Fork. A lot of items are standard - hot foot, Hydraulic steering, Trim on the steering wheel...ect
5) Customer Service - The guys that run Phoenix / Bee line boats have been outstanding. They have alway been very helpful. They help me locate what I wanted. When we first got the boat we had a issue putting gas in the boat. Long story short - no one could figure out why we were having problems putting gas in it. The guys from the Phoenix factory in TN called me and asked if they could come to Fork and pick up the boat. They picked the boat up on a Sunday morning and drove it back to the factory in TN. I received a call that week stating they had found the problem. The gas intake/vent was defective. The vent hole was not drilled out. They replaced the assembly, cleaned up the boat and returned the boat back to Texas the follow Saturday Morning.
Buying a boat is a personal decision. Everyone has different likes and dislikes. There are a lot of great boats out there. Bass Cat, Skeeter, Triton, Legend and Ranger all sell very nice boats. I have owned Skeeter,Triton and Bumble bee. They all are very nice boats. I have fished out of the Bumble Bee since 1997. I sold my 2002 Triton this year because I preferred to fish out of the Bumble Bee. The Triton sold in less than 5 days. We kept the Bumble Bee for a spare / backup. Some people buy a specific brand of boat because they fish tournaments. Some buy to use one year and then sell it. The only lake I fish is Fork. I dont fish tournaments. I did not buy the boat with plans to resell it. I could not talk my self into paying 15 to 25k more for a boat that had the same basic options, motor and warranty. I hope this information helps.
Take care,
Rodney
