Get the free outdoor handbook where you buy fishing licenses. They can tell you a lot. They are TPWD publications.

Surf fishing in Port A area is really good. I would recommend a Shrimp Sucker they sell in convenience stores for about 20 bucks. They are not just a gimmick. Thye can show you how to get free bait right from the sand and it is Great Bait.

Once in a while everyone should have a little saltwater therapy.
