I have got to get in on some of that! I have been trying to learn to catch the stripes/hybrids on Lake Conroe with no luck. I have a company trip to Dallas in a month or two; uncertain of the date yet, but I have already told them I will be there an extra day or a long weekend so I can book a fishing trip or two. Gonna go check out your site for rates and info.

Fished with Chris today and they are still biting! The bite is very light and they seem to be hugging the bottom. Slow roll a sassy or bounce a slab off the bottom.

Hey Chris we are leaving here the 29th,will call you when we get in the area. Hope to beable to get together sometime while we are there. I spent last Sunday & Monday pheasant hunting, only got one bird and a hell of alot of excercise. Well maybe better next time. The dog did everything right, but her owner did not!!!

Steve sorry I missed the opportunity to meet and fish with you. Chris dropped me a line but I was still feeling a bit ill and had to get some work done. sassy shad jigs and big slabs getting it done. no real beasts yet but alot of the fish have to be measured so check well. fish are starting to hold to structure as well"my fav" but the gulls are abundant and easy to find. a few pic's i liked...
