but i actually love to fish rivers and creeks and private stock ponds.

Whats not to love about getting your string stretched anywhere, anytime.

I'm a land owner with an outfitter in place on our land but most of our business is hunting and I've never entertained the thought of having fishing on our place. My B-I-Law has a place with 26 stock tanks on it, some are pretty big in size, and we've talked about having some fishing groups before but haven't gotten around to it yet!

I do all my fishing on public waters. If I knew a landowner who would let me fish on their place, I would no doubt take advantage of that opportunity though!

I prefer the challenge of large public waters. But, I also like the solitude of private waters at times.

Most often I fish Public.

I like solitude most of the time when I fish, so private waters would be preferable!
