No it's not. Spoke to a game warden the other day in Beaumont as we were trying to go down there and fish and you still have to show proof of residency. Friend of mine was talking to a doctor the other day at a skeet shoot in Houston and the doctor said everyone down there is getting sick. The area is still very contaminated

Rollover Pass is open to public!!
I was fishing yesterday 13 nov.'08 for flounder with jig and i catch ....4 red fish(26",23",22",22") and one black drum(27"),no flounder.
