When I grew up in San Antonio we use to luv eatin at Jim's Restaurant The have the best Chili & Eggs and we wish they had some here in the DFW area, next best thing was to make some right here at here at home ! Heck of alot better than Dennys http://www.jimsrestaurants.com/index.htm

waffle house,pecan waffle.hash browns sauges,anlots of syurp, and coffee to wash it down with ,then go fishing .

Anywhere I can get a quality plate of Migas!! Northside area of Ft Worth. I never get that way anymore. So now I go to Juan's Burrito Express on McCart on the SW side of town. Migas are pretty good and the barbacoa is good also. Breakfast Burritos and plates, as well as lunch. Think he closes at 3:30 http://local.yahoo.com/info-18885665-juan-s-burrito-express-fort-worth

Anywhere I can get a quality plate of Migas!! Only about a hundred places in Austin. Start at Maudies with the love Migas and one of pete's tantalizing tacos. 
 It's more than the catfish would do.

Soulman's just opened another place on 148 at the old Grandy's restaurant in Terrell. They serve a buffet style breakfast on Saturday and Sunday starting at 7:00 a.m. that'll make ya slap your momma!
When you come into Terrell at 80 on 205, keep going straight across the railroad tracks - that is 148. Go about 1-1/2 miles and it's on the left. Denny's breakfast buffet sucks compared to this one!!!
