Friday 10/31/08 Crappie Buster and I went to Cedar Creek Lake and found a few slabs. The guys in the tournament didn't get them all. We only weighed the largest one in my left hand in the picture and it weighed 1 lb. 13 ounces. It sure looked bigger than that to me. We must have caught 50 or more but after throwing back the dinks we had 21 crappie  and 1 small bass. Mark is a real gentleman to be fishing with. I really enjoyed fishing with him. Thanks again Mark.  Nice boat too!  We are going again sometime.  Oh! my wife said tell you I'm not normally that red, I just got a lot of sun. I don't like sunscreen.

Had A great time to Derl hope to do it again sometime soon. PS I found that brush pile we was looking today and it had fish on it too

We caught them on Jigs, red/chart and black/chart in about 10 to 16 ft on BP & shootin' docks. Those that we caught under the docks were as shallow as 6'. What do you think about that big slab?

That's a nice catch, but from the looks of that big one, I think I would have my scale checked !!
