Just finished reading about Texas City Dike and Sea Wolf Park. I have never fished Sabine Pass in Port Arthur and was thinking about going over there and giving it a try.

I would really like to bank fish for the flounder. Would really like to get some information on where to fish for them from the bank over there.

I can't tell you about bank fishing but if you have a boat, find the birds working and throw ANYTHING that has chartruesse in it. Specs are out of control right now.

Don't know about Sabine Pass, But Moses Lake right in Houston's backyard is pretty hot. Caught these today. All were keepers with not one less than 16".

If you want to bank fish, go into Sabine Pass go through the four-way stop sign. at the next stop sign take a right. Go over the bridge, after the bridge there is a curve in the road look to the left. There will be a beach area, get there before the tide starts to change and wade out about waist deep and throw bone or white colored plastics and jig them on the bottom. Flounder are there thick right now.

Take Um'!

You can still wade around the Seawolf Park. You can't fish inside the park on land since it's closed for repairs.
