 lowrance 520c emulator problem/npptools.dll was not found

i downloaded the emulator from their website so i could get used to using the new finder before going out on the boat tomorrow night but i get this error when i try to run it.
npptools.dll was not found
I'm running vista on my home computer. Any idea how to fix this?

Think there are issues with Vista and the Lowrance Emulators. Check out this FAQ: FAQ

I had the same problem on my computer at the house that runs Vista. Obviously the emulator has some problems with Vista. Loaded it on my office computer with XP and no problems.
