I have called and they might replace them...I'm looking for another route to venture down before I have to pay the shipping cost to find out if they will or will not replace them....There's a $ 50 no hassle warranty per rod...Just happens to be the closest store in Texas is in Del Rio...

Might want to check into GLoomis, St. Croix, Arrius, Carrot Stix, Powell or Falcons next time. They will replace your broken rod no questions asked. All these rods have models that are as good and better than Dobyns. Just my $.02.

I appreciate your 2 cents...I have tried the Ultra XL, Puls R,e-21's,Loomis outside of the GLX,Legend Tourn rods, Powell and Falcons...Just never had a rod tip snap like the Dobyns did...

I must say how pleased I was w/ Stan and the team @ Dobyns...I have ventured down a long road of endless nights searching for a rod that feels @ place w/any type of reel I could place on them...I have tried numerous rod brands and have finally found peace w/myself with the Dobyns...In my own opinion Dobyns Champion Series is the best bang for the buck...Under priced, appealing and just plain fishable...I know I posted a concern on the tip snapping, but there are just too many intangibles that could have made there way into the equation...I hope in no way I might have altered or swayed anyone's decision in steering them away from the Dobyns brand...As Americans we do have the right to express one's opinion's/and or thoughts and this is just a few of mine....Once again...Thanks to Stan and Dobyns...
