I currently have a 337c on the console and a Garmin 240 on the bow. I am looking to upgrade to a color unit on the bow. Forgive my ignorance regarding these units but can i network the 337 and 510 using 1 2000 puck?

Also is the existing Garmin wiring compatible with the x510c? I am trying to avoid a trip to the shop but don't want to compromise the quality of install.

I could be wrong but I don't believe the 510 has gps capabilities. You may be able to get the depth/temp on your 337 from the 510 but not gps info on the 510 from the 337.

Can't use Garmin wiring with Lowrance unit. You can network them but the only data they could share is the water temp.
