check on the lcra site and see what times(if any) they are releasing water from lake buchanon. If they are releasing right before dark you can sometimes find schools of stripers right above the bridge this time of year. Also you can find whites schooling all over the lake very early and right before dark. There are also a few places that have underwater lights accross from the golf course that attract fish after dark.
good luck.
FISH ON!! <'///><

I was there about 2 weeks ago (bank fishing) the tent camping area of the state park near the pier and caught 3 bass total 2 LMB 1 Guad. I used buzzbait and senko. The fish were jumping out in the deeper water

While we hav'nt been out there in a while we have caught some nice largemouth. No particular hot spot just flipping docks. And I have seen the whites blow up on more than one occasion near the bridge. Good Luck!

This time of year you might try downsizing for bass. We always did good in the fall with 4" worms (Zoom meatheads, finesse, etc.) flipping them under and next to docks. Texas rigged or with the new spot removers should do the trick. You might also try the reeds by the golf course.
