Two of our guys went today.... got on the lake bout 9:00 and the white caps were everywhere....
They could not hold under the bridge(15 - 20 mph)and went to the timber....
Bottom line was coming home with 6....   
It has got to get gooder (I hope).... 
Crappie fishing... what else is there ??

I did the same thing sunday. It is flat miserable under that bridge if the wind is up. I was catching fish but it wasn't worth it. Forecast doesn't show much promise for calm weather either.

I know what you're talking about Keith. There's just no place on either bridge to get out of the wind. That's the only thing that's been stopping me from venturing out to my old "home lake". Have you tried NM lately? I saw Mark Parker's posts from NM monday, sounds like it's just going to get better. We've got to get out there and trade a few secrets, sometime this fall.

May not fish NM until late Feb or March.....
With this wind the water will look like chocolate milk....
Just cant find em after they get off the beds like I can on RC...
Take care...........

Went out yesterday after the front and the wind was ROUGH!!!!!!!!!
