I have a 2003 Mercury 90hp. The tach shows some movment but it never reads right. I replaced the tach with no help. When I had my carberators cleaned last week was told the motor is not the problem most likly cause is wireing. Where can I get a wire diagram.

Mercury has plug connections for the gauges, in the wiring harness, that can cause problems like this. Most of the time when the tach is not working it is because the regulator is bad. Check the simple things first.
