Hi everyone,
I have a Browning Aggressor reel that I purchased from BPS about two years ago. I cannot find the box to check the warranty, I was told that they warranty their products for lifetime. I am trying to get an address and phone number to Browning Reels so I can see about sending it to them for repair or replacement. I checked the website and it shows BPS. Can someone assist me with this or maybe a Browning reel dealer that can exchange it for me and send it to Browning for their replacement?

The newer (last few years) Browning reels are BPS reels. BPS is the licensee for all Browning brand fishing related gear. I have a Browning Midas and the warranty is one year.

I was curious because a buddy of mine in Texas had problems with his reels and sent them in somewhere and they sent him replacements. He had the reels for years too.

Prior to BPS having the license, the Browning reels were a Zebco (Quantum) product. Now, they are manufactured in the same factory in Korea that produces the majority of BPS reels. I suggest you send an inquiry to BPS.

What is strange is I emailed customer service at BPS and never got a reply. I don't know what is up...
