Hey y'all- I am from Ohio and in the Sulphur Spring area for work unti the end of the year. I am wanting to go cappie (or bass) fishing this weekend. I left my boat in Ohio and I think it will be cheaper for me to pay for someones fuel then to rent a boat or buy a boat.

Lake Fork would be good as would Cooper Lake, East Texas.

If your interested in sharing your boat, I'll pay for the fuel.

Thanks,
Scott

If I ever get home I'll swap a Fork trip for some Skyline Chili! Had a grandmother that lived up there and ate there every time I went to visit. Still got an aunt/uncle I can get to send it to me, I tear that place up every time I go N. Unfortunantly I'll prolly be in New Orleans or Houston the rest of the year...

Call Ricky's Boat Rental on 515. That guy's pretty darn reasonable on a fully equipped fishing rig. Even fills it with gas. If I wind up getting down there some time soon I'll offer my backseat.

Hey Scott
I may fish Fork Saturday. Its not set in stone yet but a good posibilty. It may be a threeway if you go but the boat is plenty big. I'll call you sometime tomorrow if I can go.

Cinamon Chili.. My Company's HQ is in Cinncinnati.. Tried it, could not get used to it.. But I know folks up there that go into "withdrawals" without it..(lol)

Hey scott, Let me get done with the CUSA classic the first week in October and We'll try to hit Lake O the Pines in late October.. Got plenty of room...

Our headquarters is in Lebanon Ohio. I go there 3 or 4 times a year. Skyline chili just a little bit runny for me. Taste ok though, and I think they are called mini dogs. I can eat about 10 of those.

Guys
Thanks for the hijack. Personally homemade is better than Skyline in my opinion. But if Skyline is need for crappie fishing, let me know. I fly home everyother weekend, so it is no problem!

Phone number is 614-207-2104. Sorry about that.

Yes, Ricky's is very reasonable. I plan to do that in October and when the fishing witdrawals get to bad! Also I do not plan to keep fish until December when my kids come down. A fish fry for one person is a lot of work!

For those who are wondering- Skyline Chili is a fast food chain. Thick chili over spagetti noodles, topped with cheeze, onion, etc. At home, we have home made chili one night, skylne the next, than "mex" style salad. It is a great way to stretch a meal!

Enjoy!
Scott.
