I had a friend who had an old boat that he was given. The previous owner had died, and he tried everything he knew to get a Title on it and never could. The courts gave him the total runaround and he spent some money trying to get it resolved. He ended up giving it to someone who was going to use it on a private pond.

I will use it on my Private Pond... and the private lake behind me....
