I'm on my 2nd Champion, my first was a 181. Had it 13yrs. It was a great boat with a super ride for a 18ftr. I loved the ride, that is why I bought another Champion, a 198. The newer ones are wide body so they don't have the listing from side to side like the older models and with the beam forward design they have more storage than before. They may be out of your price column though. I wish I had bought a 191 first instead of a 181 because of the better ride. My .02

I have a Ranger V518 and i love it. It is alittle shorter than 19ft but it takes chop well. My garage is about 24ft deep and it fits well. I would recommend it but i think you cant go wrong with a Champion also.

It is 22 ft deep and 19 or 20 ft wide single door. JSA-USA A 2005 Pantera classic fitting in your garage. I did a check and you would need about 23 feet with stow away toung. This would be very tight. Trimming the motor down would make it close but I would be afraid it would give no room for error. You certainly would not be able to walk around it, even if you could get it in.

I am not talking about getting it straight in. I know it would have to be at an angle. Is your boat straight in or angled?

I can't park mine straight. I have 2 car with a divider. You should be able to park it angled. If you want a ride to let me know. I go to Lavon on weekends.

I went through this a few months ago. Ended up buying a 98 Basscat Pantera Classic. Im very happy with it. It rides great and has an excellent holeshot.

I went and looked at the 99 Champion 190 today and it is in near perfect condition for the age. It does seem a little narrow and lacking some storage space, but overall very nice. He wants 12700 for it. I am going to have to think serious about it. I would like to find a better deal on a boat and probably could if I wait, but finding one this clean will be hard to do.

What about a Cobra 201 single console? A Cobra and a Champion are basically the same boat, not much difference. I own a 96` Cobra and would not trade it for anything but a Legend.

I am now in the process of trying to get this Skeeter 2004 ZX225 if the loan goes through. It has tons of room and is priced right for sure.

The ZX225 is an excellent boat. I've ridden in one and prefer it to my SX190, and I like my 190!
I've never killed anyone, but I've read several obituaries with great enjoyment.

It is a little bigger than I really wanted, but it is a great deal. And the 19 ft Champion just didn't have much storage or room to move around if you have other people fishing with you. I may look at the Bass Cat and Cobra if this doesn't go through.
