I would use a non petrolium product. Vaseline probably will cost $30 a jar!

Well i went afilled up my motorhome and boat and then both the wifes car and my truck.ANYONE WANT TO TAKE A GUESS AT HOW MUCH IT COST.

171.9 GALLONS AT 2.63 PER GALLON= $453.64

I guess i cant gripe if gas does go up to 4;00 dollars a gallon i will have saved $233.96
man these prices sure are putting a hold on my fun fishing.

I can't explain to everyone how glad I am that I traded in my 2002 Ford F-250 that got 12 mpg and got a 2003 Dodge 3500 diesel that gets 18-19 mpg for the same driving. It's nice getting 600 miles out of a tank of fuel.

We went to fill my wife's Trailblazer up last night and actually had to wait in line to get gas. That was a first for me. I've had to wait for the person in front of me to finish filling up at before, but this was crazy. The station had at least 12 pumps and there was a line of 4-5 cars sitting at each pump.

'PANIC' mode is beginning to set in!

I always fill up before a severe rainstorm, yah just never know.

No thanks on the vaseline,now if i dont get to go fishing soon then i might have to,i have not been in 10 weeks and i have a brand new skeeter setting at home ZX225/225 HPDI I have not been able to go due to gas prices and work.I am about to go postal...............

but here in Rusk the stations are running out
of gas. Not good for evacuees coming up hiway

yep, we went to 3 stations lastnight before we found one that had gas.

I went to the store, and the lines at all the stations were 6-15 cars long. DANM

Even in Plano on 75 today after work Cosco and Sams were both out of gas all grades. There where long lines at Qwick Trip, the lady at the counter said there we people fighting about it.

My wifes uncle is sitting outside of Houston on 45, his truck is out of gas after 9 hours. I am wondering if that highway wont be Texas's own NO disaster. They better figure something out soon. God bless those people.

A Texaco by my house in McKinney is out of regular and mid-grade. Funny though....passed a gas truck on the way to work this morning.

Just drove west of I35 on Main street in Lewisville, think about 90 percent of the stations had NO gas.

I just went down to the local store thinking I could get gas and not have to wait. WRONG!!!!!!! BassBUSTINTEXAN can tell you that I live off the beaten path and I can only wonder how all these people are finding this one store??????? I turned around, came back home put my 12 year old to marinating(sp) meat. (He is very good at it)So a little BBQ is in order this afternoon. I would fry fish, but we ate the last we had in the freezer. Despite all the chaos going on here, I am going to make light of the situation. What else can you do?????
