Frogs are actually cannibals. I have caught them on floating rubber frogs. You can also marinade in some Woody's and grill em.

The best way to catchem is with a plastic cork & a treble hook. They will jump all over the cork & gey hung on th treble hook.
Great intertainment for kids & good eating for all.

They will also eat a top-water bait. A shotgun would be a "blast".
I'd rather be fishing.

Skinning frogs is pretty easy too. It's been a while but I seem to remember my dad would basically cut the frog in half, grab hold of the skin at the cut line (just below the frog's gut), and peel the skin back in its entirely like peeling off a pair of long underwear. Pretty quick and easy.
Anyone know what kind of hunting lisence you need to hunt frogs?
SJC...PM sent.

I love using a weightless plastic worm. Cast beyond and drag across their face and BAM. It's funny watching them use their front legs to stuff the worm in their mouths.

I believe it's considered hunting. Might wanna check that out. If so make sure you have a license and its a legal place to take em.
Calling fishing a hobby is like calling brain surgery a job.

A lake with all them frogs will have some big healthy bass in it soon,if they're not already there. But in the meantime, catch and fry all that you can.

Big Daddy, I'm compelled to advise you that a personal (me) intervention is called for at this time. You need to contact me immediately and I will need to perform an onsite recon of frog pond before a viable, long term, working solution to your dilemma can be determined. I will need to bring my rod, backpack and waders to adequately procure samples from the problem area. Post procurement, I will take them back to my "lab" for dissection and scrutiny (also possible ingestion), formulate viable solutions based on my observations and formulate my list of frog management recommendations to solve your problem. I must advise you that one trip to the test area may not be sufficient so the entire process may take several weeks. Multiple site visits and several dozen "samples" may be required. I may also need to enlist several assistants to ensure a quality sampling from the problem area. Tubes/Kayaks may be needed to properly obtain samples but rest assured, I am convinced a workable solution to your bullfrog problem is realistic and attainable. As a fellow TFF'r, I am happy to be able to offer my assistance regarding solving this unfortunate reptilian situation.
