Theres a playa lake on 75th and Slide next to a banking branch. I used to catch some good bass and catfish on this pond. Give it a try.

Hey speaking of which, I'm horrible at fishing in these playas. I've used soft worms, crankbaits, spinners...I'm catching nothing but small fries. Do you guys have any tips on what has worked for you?

Yeah, I only catch and release. That water is too dirty to eat stuff out of. But what are you using to fish in them?

I havent been in a year or better, but I have caught some decent bass at the park on Quaker and the loop.Take your float tube out and hit the north side of the island. All the brush is back under water since the rains.Have some friends that tube @ lake # 4 on the lake system.I think its the one between ave u and the interstate. ,say they catch some bass and a crappie every now and then.
