Hello. I'm headed out to try my luck tomorrow and was looking for some pointers. Do any of you guys use the saltwater rattletraps for surf fishing?

They work very well on schooling fish...but for just regular grinding, there are other baits that work better.

Not for surf fishing they best used for trolling and tossing to smacks and the occasional king.
