Hey everyone in the DFW area!

A fellow teacher and I are officially the sponsor of the Birdville High School Fishing Club. Plans are in the earliest phases right now. We'd like to get out once in the fall and twice in the spring. Mostly bank fishing and maybe one time out on some guided boats.

Thoughts? Support? Ideas?

Thanks!

yea me too. that is awesome. i go to flower mound high school and our shool just started a ping pong club. i am like what the heck, if they can do ping pong why not fishing. but you should get that teacher that you are getting the club going , to talk to the principle about it with all of the school districs and see what happens. that would be awesome!

Start one guys.
Starting clubs is not hard, find a teacher that will help support it and talk to an administrator.

Calling fishing a hobby is like calling brain surgery a job.

Is that the school on Precinct Line in North Richland Hills? If so, I live a couple of blocks from there and would be delighted to offer any assistance, time or organization that y'all may need.
