Yes Sir! not to big but she will makea nice slab sandwich!
also this crappie was caught at the hottest point of the season best i could tell the fish at that time was making a push from deeper water to come in shallow to feed!
Durring this time there had been some storms that brought fresh water into the lake and the baitfish begain to gather in the cove were our marina was setting!

No, not really i havent caught crappie in a while  , the last few weekends ive been catching some sandies on the Elm Fork. Since it has cooled off i will probably start going back out to the joe pool barge and see what the crappie bite is like.

Me too! I am sinking the condos I made next Thursday so they should be good to go soon! Man, today was windy as heck but it was a perfect day for fishing if you were in a protected cove or at the marina! Wish I was out there today!
