 Trophy Hybrid Question

I'm looking for a lake OUT OF STATE and a guide that can put me on a Hybrid of over fifteen pounds...anyone know of any water sheds where it is common for them to grow that large or larger? Gotta section of wall that needs a big fat bastard hybrid on it. I know Beaver in AR has got some big hybrids.

Dumb Question..... Have you tried Chambers? Ive caught a few 12-14 lbers out of there over the past few years around the march -april days.

Arkansas - Greers Ferry - world record 27 lb hybrid striper was caught there few years back, Tommy @ 501-940-1318. He can put you a several types of fish in one day. Just a thought about 7 hours away. I have personally caught several over 10 lbs there. Clete

out of state? WOW...I know of no one that can promise what your asking....dude...there are a lot of lakes in Texas and I think you just have to be at the right place at the right time for any larger than life fish....But if anyone knows of a lake that all you catch is 15 lbers, I love to hear about that! I have caught some extra large fish on RC and have had buddies catch that size and larger..but hey I don't know everything...heeehee But I am intrested in the responses to this question...tell us where this magical place is...

It is anything but a dumb question...yeah I bet you have caught lots of 12 and 14 pounders (really 7 and 8 pounders). I fish Chambers once a week...with a guide...with live bait...I can assure you it is not a trophy lake...probably has the best overall size in the area but nothing in comparison to some out of state lakes...I guess ne fish will do for you...

Try Tennessee. That state grows big stripers and hybrids. Percy Preist holds some good hybrids. Plenty of teeners from what I've been told.

Behind the dam at PK or any other lake that has had hybrids in before. Has to be behind the dam though.

Here are some photos from last april Top weighed in at 13.8 at oak cove. 2nd weighed in at 14.5 at oak cove. 3rd and 4th are the 7 and 8 lbers . No live bait at all. Because i do not live bait fish chambers at all. I know the pics are not real clear but it had started raining and i had a cheap camera at the time.
