if Martin's does not make a mape of Lake Grapevine,which is the best map to buy......also does this lake die in the winter?

Most maps of Grapevine stink. Go buy a Navionics Chip instead.

Winter fishing for sandies on Grapevine isn't the same as Roberts. They bite pretty steady on Roberts in the winter, but the same can't be said of Grapevine. Check the bubbles in December and after that who knows.

Not quite sure what you mean by die.

Check the Corp. office at the dam. Their maps show some features no others will such as under water tire reefs planted by the corp. :>)

The Vine is pretty decent in the winter months, until the water drops below the 50 degree mark.

they have them at the academy. but don't know how good it is. I didn't take the time to open it up and look.

stay away from grapevine....its horrible...thats why i waste my time there whenever i can
