Taney is a nice place to fish, but I thought they were still releasing a whole lot of water from the dam from the floods earlier this year. I thought it was still to high to wade and you'd need access to a boat to fish it. I haven't checked recently, so maybe this info is out of date and the lake is back to normal levels. When they are not generating it is really cool to wade and look down and see all the trout clustered around your feet.

Table Rock is supposed to be at normal pool by the next week. I would think that Taneycomo is pretty goood shape.

I would call Phil Lilley just to make sure before I made plans.
