Carb is going to need a good cleaning at the least....I'd go ahead and replace the fuel pump, the fuel line coming off the fuel pump to the carb and the fuel filter all at once...

I wouldn't think you'd need to do that to the tank, just drain the old gas out of it...Berryman's Chemtool should do the trick...

If the engine has seized up from sitting, PM me and I'll let you know what to do...
I'd also go ahead and change the plugs and oil/oil filter while you're working on your project list...

I don't know any mechanics in Fort Worth...I know of one in Cleburne, but that's probably too far for you...
It's best to take your time on something like this so you can be sure to get it done right...

i would remove the tank and flush it if its been sitting that long. rust will build up in it over time and break loose once you start driving it. all hoses are probably dry rotted, and will need replaced. (fuel lines, rad hoses, vacuum hoses off the carb). it can be done, but will require lots of time to get it back into reliable condition.
