Man I'm sorry to hear that. Sounds like Benbrook is just swallowing everyone's money lately. The last time I was out there I was putting my boat in the water and I plugged my battery in and the wiring under the console caught fire. Coinsedentally, about 18" under my wiring exists a little piece of equipment people generally refer to as the FUEL TANK!! After several burns on my hands, I was able to remove the battery from the boat. I had my girlfriends kids with me and everything. Scared me beyond words.

I'd bet you can find a welder in Benbrook for cheap.

No not my Pontoon. Thanks for all the info guys. I'm sure she won't be backing a trailer anytime soon, she was pretty embarrassed as anyone would be...

I LIVE IN BENBROOK AND HAVE A PORTABLE GAS WELDER. BE GLAD TO GIVE YOU A HAND IN FIXING THE TRAILER. DID IT BEND/ TWIST JUST THE TONGUE OR ALSO DAMAGE THE AXLE?

Thanks Fuzzy, better at banging on metal or wood than typing. What Shift key and Caps lock don't do the same thing? Who would have guessed? LOL
Will try to pay better attention to my typing skills in the future but can"t promise on the act of spelling.
Guess I should proof read what I have typed before hitting enter.
Vince.

Thanks again everybody, but the disaster turned out to be O.K. ALEDO came down picked up my whole rig took it to his shop and had everything cut, straightened, and welded in know time.

He even skipped supper to keep working on it with me. He truely is a salt of the earth kind of guy and it is truely refreshing to meet some genuine people like I have.

Thanks again!!

It's your own fault. If you hadn't bought that boat she wouldn't have been backing the trailer. stir
