Starless, one of many we caught back in Early June, when it was raining by the bucketfuls! Caught two that day had posted a very similar pic on a thread, but not this one. two different but very similar fish! Note the spillway flow and current behind me! When it gets like that, it's flat out one of the best fishing spots anywhere, bar none!
Willowcat: NOT Sandy Lake Rd. Bigger dam, much farther downstream!

Yeah, I paid attention to the water ( Rather then the fish ) after I'd posted, and figured it was not a fish caught today lol. But you never know, I've not exactly been keeping up with Elm Fork flow and Lewisville release lately.

Nice fish Rudy! I have been to this spot when the water was not flowing and caught some nice fish. I can't wait to try it when its flowing like that!
This place was hard to find but with a good map and some time it was well worth it.

It should be flowing nicely now. Today's rain bumped it up about 1.5' at Spur 348.
