Fellow TFF Members,

I would like to share some pictures from my trip to Longmont Colorado. We also traveled to areas surrounding Boulder as well as Estes Park.

Hope everyone is having a great summer.

great pics.

I used to go up to CO every summer...would base out of Leadville and hike 14ers. It is beautiful up there this time of year. Perfect weather.

abel,
That's not me in the yellow shirt. Normally, I do a lot of mountain biking outside Salida and Allenspark. We kept it simple this time around - only four days to visit.

I lived in Salida for 2 years in the mid 70's. My office was two blocks from the Arkansas river. As a CPA, it was necessary to go down to the river many afternoons to take "inventory" of the Brown and Rainbow trout that gathered there.

Lived in Denver for 11 years. Beautiful country. Our church had an annual leadership retreat to the YMCA at Estes Park. In January......yeah, it was a little chilly. LOL

That's awesome Pencil..I used to go to my inlaws place in Gunnison every year and do the same thing. The Taylor River is awesome and I wish I was there right now..My favorite place in the world...

Johnnyt,
Utah is hopefully one of my future destinations. Moab would be great to visit in early May.

We hike the back country in Estes Park every September. It is great fun and a true adventure.
