I was headed up to RC on Friday to do a little prefishing for the CAT tourney, so I called DWMoore to see if he wanted to tag along. Funny though...it really wasn't that hard to talk him into it. LOL!

I showed him a couple of my old spots, and he showed me a few of his (I think his were better. ) and we ended up with about 20 quality slabs up to just under 2lbs. Only a couple of dinks and a couple of 9.5" fish, all the others were keepers. Of course I couldn't find the 1.5lb+ fish on Saturday, or we'd have finished in the money.
Didn't start until about 8am and finished around 3pm. Best bite was around noon-2pm. (bite was good late in the tourney yesterday too)

Really enjoyed the trip found the fish in the big timber .I told you we needed to leave a few for the tourney sat but its hard to quit when the bite is good .Eric is a great guy and fisherman I though you did good in the tourney if you had one kicker you would have been right in the hunt the two fish on top of the cooler would have done it.I thought everyone did good at the weigh in the fishing is no gimme right now .I was proud of all the TFFs anyone can catchem when it easy.Great showing guys .Eric when you get back from the t ball tourney call me and we can hit rc hard
