Congratulations to all the winners at Catfish Splash and we thank Bob Sealy for another wonderful tournament and we look forward to being at his next one coming up. Congratulations to Team Danny King's Lewis King on his 3rd place overall finish. Lewis also had a #4 and #6 hourly finish. Also, congratulations for Team Danny King's Joseph Lowe who had a #2 hourly finish and Billy Ray Henry who had a #5 hourly finish.

Hey Richard,
I saw were you went out w/ Gator Guide Service on Lake Fork and caught a 40 lb bluecat. I was just curious when you caught that and also was it the only Blue cat you guys caught? I have yet to a Bluecat come out of Lake Fork.

That's an old picture, caught back in 02 or 03. That was a blue and is the only one I caught on Fork, but won't keep us from going back and trying to catch more!!!!

Well its good to know that there is at least one Blue in Lake Fork! Looks like gator catches them a lot. Just curious why no one else shows up w/ them at the Catfish Splash.

KInda strange that the winning fish for the last 2 years came off of the same boat dock. It was the guys brother this time. Must be a feeder or something holding the fish there. I heard it was across the street from the wieght-in anyone know what dock it is? Is it the dock right next to the bridge?

I won the catfish splash in 2006 and I netted my brothers fish in this years tournament. And there are no feeders and it truly is not a good place to catch catfish because once you catch one they are all gone. They are very easily spooked. If a boat approaches they leave or if you are walking too loudly they leave. Thats why when most everyone trys to fish there in a boat they never catch anything. You might think we have a huge advantage but that is not true. I fished all day Saturday and Sunday and never weighed in a fish. My brother only weighed in the one that won. We usually just bank on getting one good fish. The numbers are low but the quality is great.
