Me and my buddy are heading out to Galveston to fish Thursday and Friday. We would like to fish off a rig if possible but don't have a boat. If anyone plans on fishing the jetties or some close rigs and wouldnt mind two others, please let me know. Of course we would pay for whatever is needed.
