Yesterday I was running back up Sam Rayburn when I noticed my engine was making a whining noise. sitting in the seat I could not tell exactly where it was coming from but it would follow the RPM of the motor. I checked the guages and I had water pressure and the boat was peeing. Seemed to be charging ok. It was not a high pitch like a bearing but I don't know about that either. The motor is a 2004 HPDI Yamaha 225. Any suggestions.
As for me and my house we will serve the Lord.

Do a borescope on the cylinders.
