Did the thread about the gate being closed below the JP dam get deleted ?? Did it get heated or something ?? I looked and couldnt find it !?!?  Anyway I drove past there today and the gate was OPEN !?!? I wonder if the big shots who make the decisions are reading the TFF !?!?

Ok went and checked it out and the gates are open to the parking lot. I was the only one there from 11-2. Caught mostly bluegills on the fly. Not much action going on there with only 5cfs right now

Scott how big were the bluegill ? Are they eating size ? sure, all about the palm size. Although you realize that below the Dam on Joe Pool is Mountain Creek and MC has a consumption ban so technically the fish there at the dam shouldn't be kept. But they looked very healthy and no signs of diseases.
