I have e-mailed them twice and called once with no return response. What is the deal? I really need a couple of new rods and was going to give Waterloo a try. Guess they are too busy to return an email.

I'll make a call today and see what I can do. Today will be the last morning I'll have computer for a few days. I'm in the middle of moving to Ft. Lauderdale. Call me this evening and I'll let you know what I find out.
